CHAIRMAN & CEO
Gary C. Evans is a serial entrepreneur. He presently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Generation Hemp, Inc., a publicly held hemp company with an approximate $100 Million market capitalization, that is diversifying through various acquisitions in this evolving and booming industry.
Mr. Evans previously led Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation for seven years, a NYSE listed public energy company specializing in unconventional resource plays predominately in the Appalachian Basin and Eagle Ford.
Mr. Evans was also founder and CEO of Eureka Hunter Holdings, LLC, a mid-stream gas gathering company transporting and managing up to 1 BCF of daily natural gas volumes from wells producing in West Virginia and Ohio on approximately 200 miles of newly constructed pipeline during the similar seven-year period.

With over nineteen years of professional and executive experience in managerial and officer positions in several industries - both in the private and public sectors, and with a demonstrated history in consumer goods, business development, investor relations, and industrial technologies, Ms. Pagen brings a unique combination of talents to the company. She has also developed and launched several start-up companies, in ecommerce, nutraceuticals, and the energy sector.

Earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated summa cum laude.
Rob Sanders has extensive experience at board level in industry sectors including Digital Marketing, Communications and Internet Publishing. Advisor on a number of exits to public and private entities and assisted many companies with their growth and exit strategies over the last 20 years. A proven track record for scouting out early stage companies with significant growth potential and providing both financial and operational guidance and connections to facilitate the realization of that growth.
Dividing his time between the USA, the UK, and France, Mr. Sanders has been focused on the Hemp sector for the last two years. Working with several US companies at board and private owner levels, he has gained vast knowledge and considerable respect with stakeholders throughout the US and has been working with the management team at Generation Hemp in assisting to bring interesting acquisition and joint venture opportunities to the Company over the past year. Mr. Sanders also brings to Generation Hemp a high level understanding of the UK and European markets, with international expansion a key area of focus for the company in the future.
Executive Vice President
Watt began his career at Frost Bank (NYSE: CFR) as a credit analyst underwriting credit requests of all sizes in various industries including Commercial & Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate. After a brief stint in Frost Bank’s work-out group, Watt began focusing on business development and new client relationships. After close to 10 years serving in various leadership roles at Frost, Watt went back to school to earn an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business. Having the entrepreneurial spirit, after graduation he set out on his own and co-founded OZ Capital, LLC, a Qualified Opportunity Zone investment fund focused on operating business start-ups in designated Opportunity Zones around the country. With OZ Capital, Watt focused on bringing in new investment opportunities, including Halcyon Thruput, an industrial hemp drying and processing company located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. With Generation Hemp, Watt will continue to focus on new opportunities for the company to explore as this new industry matures. Watt earned his BS from SMU ’07 and MBA ‘17.
Executive Vice President
Prior to joining Generation Hemp, Jack Sibley was a founding partner of OZ Capital, LLC, an Opportunity Zone Investment fund focused on operating businesses within Opportunity Zone designations. In his role at OZ Capital, Jack oversaw the operations of its portfolio investments, including Halcyon Thruput, an industrial hemp processing company located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. As an executive, Jack has worked alongside management teams to implement creative, innovative solutions to complex business issues, identify growth verticals and maximize stakeholder value. Prior to OZ Capital, Jack served as Vice President at Sovrano LLC, a Private Equity group focused in Food & Beverage. Jack also co-founded and served as President of Bamboo Juices, LLC in Atlanta, GA from 2014 - 2016. He received an MBA from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2014 with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Jack graduated with a BA in International Affairs from The University of Georgia in 2007.
Prior to joining Generation Hemp, Inc., Brada Wilson was most recently employed at Exxon in their accounting department. Prior to her work with Exxon, Brada served as Controller at Energy Hunter Resources, a private E&P company. As Controller, she was responsible for all phases of GAAP oil and gas accounting, including, but not limited to, preparation and analysis of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting. Prior to Energy Hunter, Brada worked for Magnum Hunter Resources, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed E&P company. As the company’s special projects accountant, she managed the administration of the company’s stock option plan, as well as acted as liaison between the company’s accounting department and the Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Brada previously worked as Controller with CWF Energy and Henry Energy Corp. She received a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. She brings over 20 years of accounting experience to Generation Hemp, Inc.
Vice President and General Counsel
Prior to joining Generation Hemp, Inc., Chad Burkhardt served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd., a publicly traded company. Among his responsibilities at TransAtlantic, Burkhardt managed the company’s legal obligations as they pertained to capital markets initiatives and corporate finance transactions. He was also intimately involved in matters related to acquisitions and divestitures, crisis management issues and labor and employment concerns. Prior to working at Transatlantic Petroleum, Burkhardt was a partner at Baker Botts L.L.P., a multi-national law firm based in Houston, Texas. At Baker Botts, Burkhardt was responsible for working with a diverse client base ranging from high-tech companies, to start-ups, to alternative-energy and oil and gas companies. Responsibilities at the firm included, but were not limited to, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital financings and corporate finance/securities offerings, including initial public offerings and public and private offerings of equity and debt. In addition, Burkhardt regularly engaged in general business matters, including SEC reporting, general securities compliance, and board and board committee advice. Prior to his work at Baker Botts, Burkhardt served as associate counsel at Thompson & Knight LLP. Burkhardt received his Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas A&M University.
